Canceling a subscription
Use the platform that processes the payment. Check the receipt if you are unsure which account or provider manages renewal.
Find the billing platform
Check the receipt and subscription record. The device used to chat does not necessarily identify the billing platform. A purchase made elsewhere may not appear in that phone's store account.
Uninstalling does not cancel renewal. Keep account access until you have checked the cancellation result.
A subscription billed by Apple
- Open device Settings and select your Apple Account.
- Open Subscriptions and select the relevant subscription.
- Use Cancel Subscription and review the confirmation.
If it is missing, check the Apple Account on the receipt. Read an existing expiry status before attempting cancellation again.
A subscription billed by Google Play
- Open Google Play subscriptions under the account used for the purchase.
- Select the relevant subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription and finish the confirmation.
Check the account on the receipt if it is not listed. Removing the app does not replace these steps.
Another payment platform
Use Manage Subscription or the original provider's subscription controls. Read whether an action stops renewal or ends access immediately before confirming.
Cancellation, the access end date and a refund request are separate matters. Check the plan record for the purchased benefits.
Available payment methods and refund eligibility depend on the provider and purchase terms. Check the current payment record rather than assuming every region or purchase supports the same options.
After canceling
Keep the confirmation and access end date. Contact the billing provider with the receipt reference if renewal still appears active.
For a missing benefit, use billing help. Account deletion is a separate step.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel by uninstalling Crushon AI?
No. Use the subscription controls on the billing platform and check the confirmation.
What if the subscription is not listed in my phone's store?
Check the receipt for the original account and provider. A purchase made through another route needs that provider's controls.
